According to AMS Meteors, this meteorite flashed across the sky visible in many parts of Missouri and 7 other states Tuesday night, March 15. This video was captured in Albany, Missouri showing the fireball from several different angles. Pay special attention to the movement of clouds as this meteorite appears to pass through.

AMS Meteors reports that this meteorite was seen in a total of 8 states ranging from Missouri, Iowa and Minnesota and as far was as Colorado.

You might recall that we shared videos of a fireball visible over Illinois just a few days ago. There are no major meteor showers underway at this time, so these apparently are just random space rocks and brilliant ones at that.
