It's no secret that Chicago has the nickname the "Windy City" for a reason. But, did you know there is a city in Missouri that is windier? It's just been ranked as one of the top 25 windiest cities in America.

Never underestimate the wind in Illinois. Doubt me? Watch a video that shows what happened when a gust took down a power line causing a major power outage in northern Illinois early Tuesday morning.

I've never seen a tornado, but I've been near a few. I prefer the much less dangerous type of wind events which is why I love this huge dust devil that was captured on video chewing up the dirt in a Missouri farm field.
