The young kids hate naps and want to stay up late like the grown-ups. The teens are up with music, video games, or hopefully homework. But how much sleep should they be getting per day? According to a recent study by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, children aged one to four should be getting 11 to 14 hours of sleep per 24 hour period, including while teens should be getting around 10 hours
