A man changing a tire alongside a Missouri interstate was struck and killed by a semi-truck in Franklin County and the driver reportedly fled.

It was a stunning moment earlier in January of this year when a Missouri man was added to the FBI's 10 most wanted list. Now, there are additional details that authorities hope will help identify, locate and apprehend him that have been shared.
