A Missouri fire department was responding to a fire Friday night only to learn that blaze now involved an explosion. Once they arrived, they learned a Missouri home had exploded and as of now, no one knows exactly why or who might have been in the building.

I'll admit that when you think of skiing Missouri isn't the first state that comes to mind, but that doesn't mean there aren't any good ski resorts in the state. As a matter of fact, I found what appears to be two very decent options.

Since I don't drink, it's a bit strange that I'm the messenger to share the news with you that you could rename a Missouri brewery and earn free suds for your big bad self for an entire year, but that's exactly what's happening.

There are many in Missouri that claim to have seen wolves. It does happen although many times it's a case of mistaken identity with coyotes. However, there is one place (and only one) in Missouri where you are guaranteed to see these fascinating animals.

It's true that we don't have a lot of mountains in the Midwest, but that doesn't mean we don't have some great hills for tubing in the winter. There is one that rises above the others (literally) when it comes to tubing hills in Missouri.

There are many that believe that wolves have been given an undeserved bad name in the animal kingdom. There's a center near St. Louis that tries to help protect endangered wolves from being completely eliminated.

I've seen a lot of coyotes and wolves in my life and I didn't think it was that hard to tell them apart. However, there's a trail camera near St. Louis that picked up an animal and I'm having a hard time telling if it's a coyote or wolf and apparently I'm not alone.
