Maren Morris, Florida Georgia Line on Board for ‘Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve’
Maren Morris and Florida Georgia Line will help ring in the new year on 2019's Dick Clark's New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. They'll perform as part of the Allstate Fan Fest in New Orleans.
Country music will also have a presence during the west coast portion of the famed New Year's Eve broadcast, as Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina will be at the Hollywood Party in Los Angeles along with Kelsea Ballerini, who will perform with her latest collaborators, the Chainsmokers. On the pop side, expect to see Camilla Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Dua Lipa and more will take the stage in Hollywood, while Post Malone will officially ring in the new year with a performance from Brooklyn, N.Y.
Ryan Seacrest will hold down the fort in Times Square with co-host Jenny McCarthy, while singer Ciara will host the Hollywood Party. Pretty Little Liars actress and country crossover singer Lucy Hale is playing host in New Orleans.
Allstate Fan Fest is a pregame celebration for the Allstate Sugar Bowl, during which the Texas Longhorns will face the Georgia Bulldogs at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. "We love associating ourselves with people that are like minded, and that's what we found in Allstate," Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley says. "We're excited about getting to New Orleans and having a couple days there celebrating, watching the game, throwing a big concert."
The 47th-annual Dick Clark New Year’s Rockin’ Eve show begins airing at 8PM ET on Dec. 31 on ABC.
