KICK-FM Pick the Hit: Gary Allan vs. Steven Tyler

For the last three weeks Gary Allan has left no doubt about his "Pick the Hit" prowess, easily outdistancing all the competition. Over the last weeks voting Gary's new single "Hangover Tonight" received 90% of the vote in beating Dan and Shay's latest, "Nothin Like You." Now rock star turned country Steven Tyler will try to keep Gary from being retired as a four week champ.

Steven Tyler, who for years has been best know as the front man for rock group Aerosmith, has turned his focus to the country music world with his latest effort. His debut country single "Love Is Your Name" has taken off strong out the gates. Will it have the staying power to become a bona-fide country hit? Only time will tell. For the next week though, we'll just see it Steven can get the best of an already well establish country voice like Gary.
