Kacey Musgraves hit the Today stage on Friday (July 19) as part of their Citi Summer Concert Series and live telecast. She sang four songs for the crowd gathered to see her in Rockefeller Plaza in New York City.

Musgraves belted out her hits for the audience members who waited for hours in an early morning line to get a glimpse of the country superstar. She performed "Slow Burn," "Oh, What a World," "Lonely Weekend" and "Happy and Sad," all from her 2018 album Golden Hour, and the crowd sang along.

"I'm alright with a slow burn / Taking my time, let the world turn / I'm gonna do it my way, it'll be alright / If we burn it down and it takes all night / It's a slow burn, yeah," Musgraves sang.

Along with the performances, the country star also revealed that she has once again extended her Oh, What a World Tour, with five new tour dates just announced. Maggie Rogers will act as support for a special, one-night-only show at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. Other support acts for the newly announced dates in both Dallas and New York City include Poolside, Yola, Weyes Blood, Lucius and Vanessa Zamora.

In June, Musgraves confirmed on Twitter that she is working on creating a live album from the Oh, What a World Tour. The trek is named for a song on Golden Hour, which won Musgraves four Grammy Awards in January.

For fans who can't make it to Musgraves' tour, she recently debuted a Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum exhibit. Kacey Musgraves: All of the Colors is on display until June 2020 and showcases her Grammys trophy for Album of the Year, the gowns she wore to the 2019 Met Gala and 2019 Oscars and more.
