10 Safest Places to Live in Missouri Right Now

No matter what your priorities are in life, there's one basic need that we all have and that is the desire to feel safe. In Missouri, there are 10 places right now where you are least likely to become a victim including some new entries compared to last year.

I decided to compile this new list by querying databases for the latest FBI-reported crime data and population-adjusted violent and property crime rates. It's important to note that this is not a quality of life survey as that will vary based on additional data, but simply a look at Missouri cities and towns where you are less likely to be a victim of violent or property crime. Let's count them down.

It's important to disclose that I have not personally lived in any of these Missouri towns. I get frustrated when I see lists that someone in New York comes up with that obviously have no direct understanding of what life is like here. However, I do have many friends and family that either live in or near many of the Missouri places on this new list and overwhelmingly they seem to love where they and their families live.
