2 Doomsday Planes Just Flew a Bizarre Path Over Missouri
If you're interested in unusual aviation over Missouri, you might be interested in something I noticed overhead this week. I have proof that two planes in the US doomsday fleet flew a synchronous flight path around the state that seems to make no sense.
"Doomsday plane"refers to the E-4B Nightwatch or the E-6B Mercury planes - the military's command and control in the sky in case of an enemy attack or catastrophe
The flight path of these planes are not classified, but easily searchable through aviation sites like Military Flight Tracker. Yesterday, Tuesday, September 29, I noticed that there were two E-4B Nightwatch planes that flew one of the strangest paths I've seen them take over Missouri.

There was also an E-6B Mercury that was spotted over southwestern Missouri today which you can see on the Military Flight Tracker website. As I've said before, it's not unusual for a "doomsday plane" to be over Missouri as most of the fleet takes off from Offutt Air Force Base in southeastern Nebraska. That often means Missouri will be part of their track. I just haven't seen them in tandem before.
It's important to emphasize that these planes in the air doesn't mean the end of days is upon us. It's part of the common protocol of the Air Force to have these planes in the air frequently to give the United States commanders control of forces in the event of surprise attack or some type of cataclysmic event. The fact that two flew an almost identical pattern over Missouri is just peculiar.
