According to Accuweather, if you live in Illinois you should have a great view of the lunar eclipse next week. Touted to be the last Lunar eclipse of the decade, The Super Blood Wolf Moon will be visible across North America, South America and parts of Europe. It will happen on the night of January 20th to the 21st in the early morning. This is the first total Lunar Eclipse that will be visible in it's entirety all over the U.S. since way back in 2010.

Obviously some areas are better than others to get a glimpse of this beautiful Eclipse. On the map it shows that if you live in Illinois you'll have a good to fair view of the whole thing.  The moon will turn bright red due to passing through the Earth's shadow. I know one thing for sure, if you go out to see it just make sure you bundle up. If you miss this one you will have to wait until May 2021.
