Hy-Vee Expanded FREE COVID-19 Testing

Hy-Vee announced today that they will be expanding COVID-19 testing to 12 additional Hy-Vee drive-thru pharmacy locations, and one of those locations is Quincy.

Hy-Vee first rolled out free testing back in August and expanded it to more locations last month. Now there are over 160 available test sites through Hy-Vee and there is one new location here in Quincy where you can now get tested. Testing is available at the Hy-Vee on Broadway from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tuesday-Friday.

Tests and test results are done by eTrueNorth, all test free and are done at a Hy-Vee pharmacy drive-thru testing process. If you are wanting to get tested, Hy-Vee makes is easy you don't have to leave your car, all testing is done through the Hy-Vee Pharmacy drive-up window. You also do not need to have any symptoms to be tested,, you should however register online to make an appointment to get tested.

You will need to answer a few questions when registering and provide requested information in order to receive a test voucher number, testing site location and appointment time. The entire test process takes about five minutes, with results sent to the patient by email in three to five business days.
