My first driving experience was on a Massey Ferguson at my Grandparents dairy farm and I loved it. Many kids don’t have that opportunity but dream of driving large equipment, whether it’s tractors, bulldozers, excavators, back hoes or even fire engines or semis. Due to that reality “Day of the Dozer” has been a highlight for kids in Illinois for twenty years.

Big trucks and equipment of all varieties will be there

Year twenty one drops into gear the first Saturday in September (9-6-25) at the McLean County Fairgrounds in Bloomington, Illinois from 10a to 4p. This year kids will get to hop onboard heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators and more with a professional to show them how it’s all done.

There will also be farm equipment, big trucks, construction and emergency vehicles on site too. If you have a young one that loves big trucks and big equipment and doesn’t have access to a family farm, “Day of the Dozer” is something that they will love.
