Get Ready Tri-States USPS To Increase Prices For 2022 – Buy Now

Get ready to pay more for Forever Stamps starting in July.

Just like everything increasing in price due to inflation and operating expenses the United States Postal Service announced that they will be raising their prices. Starting July 10, 2022, the cost for a First-Class Mail Forever Stamp will increase by two cents, which takes the price from 58 cents to 60 cents.

As inflation and increased operating expenses continue, these price adjustments will help with the implementation of the Delivering for America plan, including a $40 billion investment in core Postal Service infrastructure over the next ten years.

The proposed Mailing Services price changes include:

• Letters ( 1 oz.) - 58 cents increasing to 60 cents
• Letters ( metered 1 oz.) - 53 cents increasing to 57 cents
• Letters Additional Ounces(s) - 20 cents increasing to 24 cents
• Domestic Postcards - 40 cents increasing to 44 cents
• International Letter (1 oz.) - $1.30 increasing to $1.40

So, if I were you ad you use the USPS often I would start loading up on Forever Stamps now and hope that it can save you some money in the long run. Unfortunately, this announcement probably is no surprise with everything else increasing from gas, to grocery shopping and everything in between I don't think it's going to slow down anytime soon.
