I don't know about you, but I feel like I should go buy a set of Firestone tires a couple of times a day lately. Every time Trace Adkins' voice comes on my TV in that deep baritone, I'm convinced that I should "make no mistake... Firestone is a car company." Thank you for setting me straight, Trace. I now know that I should "drive a Firestone."

A lot of country stars are pitchmen and women. The country listening audience is a very loyal one, so what better way for a company to endear those listeners to certain products than to use one of their favorite singers to help sell their goods? It's really a no-brainer. If you can find and make an endorsement deal with the right pitchman (or woman) it will literally add millions of dollars to a company's bottom line. The star endorser makes out like a bandit, too. It's a win-win.

Another popular country star endorser is Taylor Swift. She's been hired more than anyone else (probably). Taylor has pitched Target, Macy's, Cover Girl and Sony and is currently staring in a series of ads for Diet Coke.

Not to be outdone, Carrie Underwood hawks Olay products and Vitamin Water.

Toby Keith 'sells' Ford trucks, while Brad Paisley pushes Chevys. Big and Rich have been on the Chevy bandwagon, as well.

Kenny Chesney's endorsement of Corona seems like a match made in heaven. The only one that might be even more of a perfect fit is George Strait for Wrangler.

Rascal Flatts thinks you should eat more Hershey's products.

Pennzoil loves them some Tim McGraw and the feeling appears to be mutual according to his print ads for them.

Country stars pitching products will no doubt continue to be a growing trend as the genre seems to only be growing in popularity.

Can you think of any others? Are there any you can think of that would be a good fit? How about this... Alan Jackson for whatever brand of cowboy hat he always wears. We know Alan loves boats and classic cars too. I can see it now... Alan Jackson for Turtle Wax and Evinrude Motors. I'll be happy to take 10% for coming up with the idea.

Trace Adkins for Firestone...

Taylor Swift for Diet Coke...

Toby Keith for Ford...

Rascal Flatts for Hershey's...

Carrie Underwood for Olay...
