Officials in Quincy reported flooding on Seminary Road from 12th to 18th Street.

There was a report of a motorist stranded with water in her vehicle at 33rd and Broadway near the Quincy Mall.

A flood warning for portions of Adams and Pike Counties in Illinois and Marion and Lewis counties in Missouri continue until 12:15 p.m.

A flash flood watch is in place for western Illinois and northeast Missouri until 7 a.m. Wednesday.
