In the spirit of shopping local and maybe you don't want to shop online, here's a way you can do both without leaving your house. Etsy is a great way to shop local and get a unique gift. In searching for the perfect gift for a family member, I stumbled onto Etsy and found not only what I was looking for. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the product was from right here in Quincy! I did a little more shopping (obviously) and thought I would share some of my favorite local Etsy Shops that I found.

TheGhostlyWood - I saw this shop and was pretty impressed. If you are ever looking for a unique and personalized gift (like a Christmas ornament) this is a shop you need to check out. 

AlpacaUSA - I have tried so many times to learn how to knit, and each time it's been an epic fail. This Esty store has some of the cutest scarves and hats for someone (or you). All handmade, can't get any better than that.
