It's getting closer, folks! The full 2015 Taste of Country Music Festival lineup is now available, and in addition to headliners Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and Toby Keith, 14 other acts have been revealed!

I've been sharing some behind-the-scenes stories on my favorite experiences meeting country stars. I had a chance to meet Tracy Lawrence in 2013, just before his concert at the Adams County Fairgrounds.

Today is my one year anniversary here at KICK-FM.

Tracy Lawrence has embarked on a lengthy tour to start off 2014. His Headlights, Taillights and Radios Tour kicked off this week and will run through April, clocking 28 dates to start.

It's a common complaint from country stars: Time on the road means less time at home with spouses and kids. And then when they are home, the kids spend all day in school and then work through their extra-curricular routines before it's off to bed they go. Tracy Lawrence says switching to homeschooling his youngest children helps keep them close by.

On June 22, Tracy Lawrence headlined the 30th annual Quincy Firefighters Local 63 Country Music Concert at the Adams County Fairgrounds. Joe Nichols was the Friday Night Star Concert at the annual Adams County Fair on July 26. We were at both shows, and they were a blast! Did you go to both? Which one did you like best?

Tracy Lawrence, Madd Hoss Jackson, Jerad Harness & Blackgrass, and Zeke Cernea & the Unxpected played the Adams County Fairgrounds over the weekend for this year’s Quincy Firefighters Local #63 Country Music Show.

A new album from Tracy Lawrence called "Headlights, Taillights and Radios" is due for release on August 20th. It will have 11 new songs, many of which Tracy performed Saturday night at the Quincy Firefighters Local 63 country show at the Adams County Fairgrounds.

This year marked the 30th anniversary of the Quincy Firefighters Local 63 Country Music Concert, and the entertainment was amazing. Four acts performed, with Zeke Cernea and the unXpected playing a pre-show set near the main entrance, then Jerad Harness and Blackgrass opened the main stage performances, followed by Madd Hoss Jackson and headliner Tracy Lawrence.

The Quincy Fire Fighters Local 63 is now in it's 30th year of putting on an annual country show in Quincy. For most who come it's all about fun, which is how it should be, but at the heart of the entire event is much more.
