A new album from Tracy Lawrence called "Headlights, Taillights and Radios" is due for release on August 20th. It will have 11 new songs, many of which Tracy performed Saturday night at the Quincy Firefighters Local 63 country show at the Adams County Fairgrounds.

Tracy was one of the nicest and most accomodating stars I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. We had made prior arrangements to video a short interview with Tracy before the show, so back we went with our camera and mic to meet him. It was on the windy side and Tracy was concerned our microphone could pick that up and ruin the sound quality. He did what few stars will do... he invited us onto his bus to do the interview. Take a look...

Among the new songs Tracy performed at the show was one called "Butterfly" that was inspired by the tornado in Joplin, Missouri. Tracy talks about the song followed by an acoustic version...

It was a truly great night. Thanks go out to the Quincy Firefighters Local 63, The Holler and Swaller Saloon, VW Fundraising and most of all to the great crowd that came and enjoyed it with us. THANK YOU!
