Wild Game Cook-Off Featuring Madd Hoss Jackson

The 5th Annual Wild Game Cook-Off for Quanada is happening Saturday, May 3.

Ridge View Winery in Mt. Sterling, Illinois will again host the 'culinary adventure' featuring wild games dishes. There is no cost to enter your recipe, however cash prizes will be awarded. $500 will be the 1st place prize, $200 for 2nd place and 3rd place will win $75. The 'people's choice' winner will also get $75.

Music will be provided by the Wedgewood Brothers at 3pm. At 6pm there will be a live auction, and at 8pm Madd Hoss Jackson will be in concert.

The cover charge is $10 per person. Tasting cards will be an additional $5. Sampling will begin at 5pm.
