The 6th Annual Wild Game Festival is coming to the Brown County Fairgrounds. May 2 is the date with plenty to see and do, and lots of good food will be on hand! Bring your lawn chairs and rock to the music of Brushville.

The 5th Annual Wild Game Cook-Off for Quanada is happening Saturday, May 3.

I don't know if you do this, but while driving I pay attention to bumper stickers.  Very few that I see could be described as profound.  More often than not, it's an outline of some little kid whizzing on a logo the driver of the vehicle I'm following obviously doesn't like.  Yesterday in Quincy, I did see one that made me think.  It simply said "For God's sake, do something".
