River Skate

Bring the family and come out and play with the Quincy Park District and River Skate at the upcoming Winter Festival on Saturday, January 18.

Food pantries in our area are struggling to keep their shelves stocked. River Skate recently opened for the season in Clat Adams Park, and on Thursday they'll be doing their part to help out those in need by hosting a food drive to benefit Horizons' kitchen.

If you're feeling up to a little post-election skate today in Quincy, head over to Clat Adams Park because River Skate is open today. Technically, the grand opening won't happen until Saturday when very important people will cut ribbons, etc. But, if you're not the type of person that needs to see ribbons cut to get your skate on, then today is the day.
