The Quincy Park District is bringing on the music this summer. The weather has been great and the crowds big for the concert series at Madison Park. Coming up on Thursday, July 31, you can hear a performance from Gracia Harrison, the contestant that "yodeled her way onto season three of 'The Voice'."

The Quincy Park District will once again hold it's annual Fishing Rodeo at Moorman Lake in Upper Moorman Park. The event will take place on Saturday, June 7.

Bring the family and come out and play with the Quincy Park District and River Skate at the upcoming Winter Festival on Saturday, January 18.

The Friends of the Log Cabins are seeking help to raise the funds, needed to restore the Lincoln-era Log Cabins on Quinsippi Island. They are looking for people to participate in the first annual “Walk for the Log Cabins."

If you have kids, you know just how expensive it can be to keep them all entertained. Because of this, you'll definitely want to take note of an upcoming event from the Quincy Park District. Not only will it be a great way to spend an evening with your kids, but it will also be a free way to spend an evening with your kids.

The Quincy Park District, Game  Masters,  KICK-FM and Y101 Radio invite you to this year’s Fishing Rodeo at beautiful Moorman Lake in Quincy this Saturday with registration beginning at 1pm. Fishing contestants will compete from 1:30 to 2:30 for prizes in several age categories and the best part is there is NO entry fee and NO admission charge.

Your Quincy Park District has so much fun for you this summer. Can you fit it all in? One of Quincy's most used parks is Madison Park, right in the heart of Quincy. The Quincy Park District is hosting several free events in the park at 24th and Maine. Kid friendly events like a comic juggler on June 11 and a variety show by the Quincy Public Library on July 23.
