Thanks to you, KICK-FM has grown faster than any other local radio station on Facebook.  And, even though we've said "Thank You" many times, we don't feel like we can say it enough.  So, starting this afternoon, we're going to start randomly giving out KICK t-shirts to kind folks like you that have been kind enough to click the "Like" button on our Facebook page.

With the advent of smartphones and WiFi technology, people can update their Facebook and Twitter accounts from almost anywhere. And according to a recent survey, some of them even do it while answering the call of nature.

Facebook can be a very good thing.  I have been able to reconnect with friends and co-workers that I haven't seen in years and catch up with what's happening in their lives.  Then, there's the other part of Facebook that irks me to no end.  Specifically, I'm talking about the 20 bazillion posts (a slight numerical exaggeration) where someone is sharing what they think is a fact...when in truth, it

MSNBC reported today that a study has been done which claims that people use Facebook more on their phones than computers.  So, we want to know...is that true for you?  When you browse and/or post on Facebook, do you do it more on a phone or computer?

I don't know about you, but I've watched enough St. Louis Cardinal games to see the "Six is a Serious Number" commercials.  And, the way the Cardinals have been scoring runs lately (good job Cousin Matt!), the commercial has been everywhere.  But, I would argue that for us at KICK-FM, 2000 is a "serious number".  And, for that reason, we owe you a debt of thanks.
