The Adams County Fair begins this week and has a number of highlights. We've already told you about Chris Cagle performing at the fair this Friday night, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.  Sure, there are the events that happen every year at the fair like the Miss Adams County Fair pageant and the 4H and FFA events, bull riding, demo derby, etc...

Advanced Reserved Track Seat Tickets for the Adams County Fair are on sale Saturday (6/02) from 9 to 11 am at Quincy Farm & Home Supply on Broadway, and the Fair Office, at the fairgrounds near Mendon.

Chris Cagle will perform at the Adams County Fair on Friday, July 27th and when he comes to town, he will do it knowing that he has traveled a long road to get here.  I'm not making a reference to the distance it is from his ranch in Texas to our backyard.  His trip involves emotional battles and a career-threatening voice injury.
