Where do you draw the line? You have things that need to get done, but you also have to be well rested in order to perform well.

I can work well on five hours of sleep, as long as the dog doesn't wake me in the middle of it (and I haven't been up too long the day before). A friend of mine needs her eight hours every day, or she becomes (her words) a "woman on the edge".

Maybe that's what I need to do. Stop what I am doing and get eight hours every night. Will that make me rested enough to get everything done that I need, or will that put me hours behind? I guess I'll never know.
