You Can Help Washington School Get New Playground Equipment

PTA Parents and the staff at Washington School in Quincy are asking for help in raising money for new playground equipment. Both playgrounds have been around for over twenty years and much of the equipment is outdated and worn out. Unfortunately, the playground equipment currently at the school is also not handicapped accessible.

The Washington School PTA is hoping to raise between $30,000 and $60,000 and they are seeking donations from community organizations and businesses. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact the school at 217-222-4059 or contributions can be mailed to the following address:
