Everyone likes chicken wings. OK, maybe not quite everyone, but they're pretty darn popular. Would you try these five unusual chicken wing recipes?

It's not as gross as it sounds. The chicken wing cupcake is a savory cupcake. The "cake" is actually a corn muffin. The frosting is blue cheese and hot sauce. It's topped off with a chicken wing. When you explain it like that, it actually sounds kind of delicious.

Cooking with soda is always a little unusual (and almost always delicious). There are recipes out there for pulled pork with Dr. Pepper, Ginger Ale blondies, soda pop chops, Mt. Dew pancakes, and in this case, Coca-Cola chicken wings.

These chicken wings are baked, not fried, and are rubbed with the same spices typically used in pastrami. Thousand Island dressing is the recommended side, not blue cheese.

"All the flavor, none of the bones." This recipe actually uses a whole chicken, not just the wings, but the meat is dressed up like traditional Buffalo Wings. The chicken is cut up, the Buffalo Wing ingredients are added (and a few other ingredients), then the whole thing is baked and served with chips.

While this is not strictly a "wing" recipe, it's just unusual enough that we had to feature it. They use chicken legs in the video, but we're sure you could substitute wings with just a few modifications to the cook time. "Chicken in Chocolate a variation of the Mexican Dish Chicken Mole." Why not?
