Illinois and Iowa Make the Top 10 in ‘Safest States to Live In’ Survey, Missouri Scores Poorly

WalletHub is always sending out results of various surveys they've conducted, which rank states and cities in all sorts of categories from "best places for families" to "best places to start a business." They have also released their list of "safest states to live in" for 2014. Illinois and Iowa both made the top 10, but Missouri came in near the bottom.
