South Jacksonville’s ‘Concert in the Cornfield’ to Feature Jerrod Niemann and Dustin Lynch

The annual 'Concert in the Cornfield' in South Jacksonville, Illinois will feature two great country names this year, Jerrod Niemann and Dustin Lynch.

2013 marks the 4th year of the two day event that features the 'Little Miss' contest on Friday night, September 6, plus the 'Korn Krib 5k, a craft and flea market and then the parade and concert on Saturday night, September 7. Entry forms for each event and tickets to the concert are available on-line.

Advance tickets for the Jerrod Niemann and Dustin Lynch show are $15. They will cost $20 if purchased at the gate the night of the concert.

Ticket locations include the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, County Market, Fanco, South Jacksonville Circle K and Safeco.

Jerrod's hits include 'Lover, Lover' that topped the country charts in 2010, 'What Do You Want,' 'One More Drinkin' Song,' and 'Shinin' On Me.' Dustin Lynch hit #2 on the country singles charts in 2012 with 'Cowboys and Angels.' He followed up that success with 'She Cranks My Tractor' and his new single 'Wild In Your Smile' is moving up the ladder currently.

Lawn chairs are welcome at the 'Concert in the Cornfield.' No coolers will be allowed.
