A Quincy man last seen on December 9 has been found alive and well in Chillicothe, Missouri.

According to Quincy Police, Terence M. Fulmer was found by Chillicothe police just before noon on Friday. Fulmer's mother was contacted and informed her of her son's whereabouts. Police had asked for the public's help in locating Fulmer earlier this week, as there was concerned that he was possibly without medication. Fulmer reportedly told his family that he did not wish to return to Quincy at this time.

Quincy Police say that Fulmer's name has been taken out of local and national databases, as he is no longer considered missing.
