Fiesta Del Sol Craft Beer Festival Coming Back to Hannibal

The Rotary Club of Hannibal will again present Fiesta Del Sol in Hannibal's Central Park June 27. The event will go on from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Fiesta Del Sol includes a full day of live music, food, and craft beer. The 2015 edition of Fiesta Del Sol in is sponsored by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company from Chico, California and brewer Mike Barrow will be on hand for the home brewing competition, and to discuss Sierra Nevada history and brewing processes, and serve limited release Sierra Nevada beers. Ten Sierra Nevada beers will be available on tap including Hoptimum, Bigfoot, Farmhouse Ale, Pale Ale, Torpedo, Nooner, Kellerweis, Summerfest, and Porter. Sierra Nevada is ranked by the Brewers Association as the #2 craft brewery in the United States.

Musical entertainment includes The Bolzen Beer Band, Mercer and Johnson, Buffalo Wabs and the Price Hill Hustle, Mike Moore, and The Flood Brothers. Doors open at 11:00 a.m., live music and home brew competition begins at 12:00 p.m. There will be a large variety of food options by The Smokin’ Crew and gourmet tacos/salsa bar by Los Dos Hairy Americanos. Art and clothing exhibitors will also be exhibiting.

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at gate. The pre-sale tickets are available now at County Market locations in Hannibal, Quincy, Palmyra and Canton. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by guardian. Event details are available on Facebook.
