The Alzheimer’s Association will offer “Now What Was I Saying,” a public health and education program for local residents to learn steps they can take to make brain health one of the overall goals of the healthy aging process. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the YMCA, RR 99 South, Mt. Sterling. The meeting is funded, in part, by West Central Illinois Area Agency on Aging, the program is free and open to the public.
