CASA (court appointed special advocates for children) works with children in the foster care system. An all you can eat pancake and sausage breakfast will take place on August 15, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Knights of Columbus in Hannibal. There will also be crafts, face-painting, and a superhero photo booth.
