Did You Attend Oktoberfest On Saturday?

Did you attend Oktoberfest on Saturday? It seemed like everyone did. York Street between 9th and 10th was jammed with people by the time I arrived at 7:00.

I didn't get a chance to hear any of the German and Polka music played by the Heidelberg German Band early in the evening, but I did get to hear The Cheeseburgers. Rodney and the boys looked like they had a lot of fun (and it sounded like it!).

One of the things I wanted to do was take a tour of the Dick & Brothers Brewery, but that didn't happen, either. The line was way too long. By the time I went to check on the line, the tours were over.

If it happens again next year, I'll be sure to get there early.
