I've only seen Willie in concert once. He played in Savannah, GA, where I went to college. The show was in late spring and we were right in the middle of finals. I really didn't have time to go to a Willie Nelson concert, but my thought process - I kid you not - went something like this, "Willie's getting up there. What if he doesn't live much longer? What if I never have a chance to see him? I'll always regret not going to the show. Besides, how long can that old guy play, anyway?"
