Breakthrough Artist of the Week: Carlton Anderson

Carlton Anderson has had one hell of a time the past few weeks. Not only was he signed by Sony Music Nashville's Arista Label, on May 18th, but exactly one week later on the 25th, they released his debut single "Drop Everything," and now here he is, the Breakthrough Artist of the Week. At this rate he'll be a Hall of Famer by Thanksgiving. Though while it's been a big two weeks for Anderson, it wasn't a quick journey for him. The past six years in Nashville have included hundreds of shows, even earning his college degree, all to get to this point.
