Apparently, Illinois is home to one of the 10 Worst BBQ Cities

Every town has at least one great BBQ place, right?  Apparently, not...A town in the Land of Lincoln made the list of worst places for BBQ in the US, which town do BBQ lovers need to avoid?

According to an article on Forbes, Aurora, Illinois made the list of one of the 10 worst cities in the US for BBQ. Aurora is on the list with cities like Yonkers (New York), Providence (Rhode Island), and Miramar (Florida). Aurora is a suburb of Chicago and is one of the 150 most populated cities in the US, how could it not have a good BBQ place? What also makes this confusing is that Chicago, and Joliet, both neighbors to Aurora, get high marks in the BBQ world, in the article they say...

"Chicago (No. 19) took 6th place in overall Consumer Satisfaction, and Joliet, Illinois (No. 166), boasts the highest average consumer rating for BBQ vendors."

It doesn't make sense...So I went to good old Trip Advisor, and I found that there are BBQ places in Aurora. There is a place called The Patio that has a 4 out of 5 rating...but that's it... truly, the other top BBQ restaurants on Trip Advisor for BBQ in Aurora are actually in neighboring Naperville...

Here is my challenge to someone in the suburbs of Chicago... Open up an epic BBQ restaurant somewhere in downtown Aurora! We gotta help Aurora get off the list of the worst BBQ cities in the US because as of right now they are on it and that doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon.
