Traffic Stop by Adams County Deputies Yields Two Meth Arrests

A traffic stop Monday by Adams County Sheriff’s deputies results in two methamphetamine related arrests. Deputies say the traffic stop and resulting investigation led to the arrest of 31-year-old Joanne Burton of and 34-year-old Tony Taylor of rural Quincy for meth delivery and intent to deliver. Follow up investigation led deputies to search a rural Quincy residence where approximately 22 grams of ice and assorted drug paraphernalia were recovered. Burton and Taylor were taken to the Adams County Jail.
