There is a Quincy home that has just been shared that has taken the crown as the least expensive home in town and it costs less than most new cars.

I found this shared just a few hours ago on Realtor.com. It's 1132 Adams in Quincy and based on my search seems to be the least expensive home currently on the market in the city. I've seen many new cars that easily cost more than this place. Check out some pictures and see if this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is a project you'd be interested in.
