A survey of truckers has called out a location in the Land of Lincoln and it isn't in Chicago and it isn't East St. Louis either.

Most text scams are not difficult to identify, but there's a new warning from the feds for Missouri truckers of a new scheme that's all too believable considering what they do for  a living and it's robbing thousands.

Truck drivers have spoken and more than a million have included 2 Illinois truck stops among the top 20 in America.

When it comes to driving, I value the opinion of truck drivers more than I value my own. Let's face it. They see these highways and byways more often than I do so they would know which ones are better than others. A new ranking says they think 2 Missouri highways are among the top 10 in America.

You can never be too careful when you take to the road especially if you're traveling long distances. Truck drivers are warning of dangerous stops in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa that you want to avoid if at all possible due to safety concerns.

If you travel a lot through Missouri, Illinois or Iowa, you might want to pay special attention to a list of locations that truck drivers say are too dangerous and you should avoid at all costs.

Never underestimate us midwestern folk ability to be neighborly and that includes state troopers and truckers. New video shows one good-hearted trucker who saw an Iowa state trooper was stuck in the mud and decided he had to stop and do something about it.
