Parents have a few options this summer as to where to have your kids stay while you are at work.

The Qui The Kroc Center will be holding a Harry Potter Trivia Night on Friday, July 31 starting at 6 pm. So I have been trying to keep my New Year's Resolution to take a half hour a day to myself. It's been a challenge on some days, but for the most part I'm sticking to it. Well I tried something new this week and enrolled in a Pound class at the Kroc. And let me tell you, it was amazing.

With lots of weather-related days off this winter, I am sure lots of you have been doing some early spring cleaning in preparation of a springtime yard sale. The Kroc Center's annual Upscale Garage Sale might be a way to get rid of all your stuff.

Warming centers are being put into place for those needing a place to keep warm in the cold days ahead of us.
