The 33rd Annual "Rollin On The River" is back and ready to go this Summer, and they have a cant miss lineup for all music fans in the Tri-States!

The Rollin' on The River Blues Festival committee met for the first time this year and plans to hold the 33rd annual festival in Keokuk at Victory Park.
