The Quincy Family YMCA will be offering a training program to get those interested in participating in the Turkey Run walk/run hosted by the Quincy Family YMCA. This program is a 9 week 5K walk/run program beginning on September 18th at 5:30pm. Each Tuesday evening you will do 1 of your 3 weekly workouts with a group of other individuals just like you.
