The timing of this prediction is ironic. Just as Missouri has experienced what might be the coldest few days of the year, a self-proclaimed time traveler is predicting the state will experience the hottest week in history this July.

Monday is the beginning of a new week and a new month and for the state of Illinois the beginning of 4 new laws that go into effect including legislation that affects child influencers, driver's licenses and immigrants.

I love warmer weather, so winter in Missouri so far (for me) has been almost too good to be true. But, even I have to ask why July temperatures are arriving in Missouri now even though we're not done with February yet?
