Maddie & Tae singer Maddie Marlow is a married woman! The country hitmaker married her longtime boyfriend and high school sweetheart, Jonah Font, on Friday (Nov. 22) in Tennessee.

People reports the couple wed in front of about 150 friends and family members at a rural venue in Arrington, Tenn., not too far from Nashville. Marlow wore a custom-designed Anne Barge gown, while Font opted for a black tuxedo.

Seven is Marlow's lucky number, and she had seven bridesmaids standing with her, while Font was accompanied by six groomsmen. The pastor from the couple's church in Nashville married them using traditional vows, as they decided not to write their own for the ceremony.

“That felt like a lot of pressure,” Marlow told People ahead of the ceremony. “So we just wrote letters to each other to read privately and then the traditional vows.”

Marlow, 24, met 25-year-old Font when she was a sophomore in high school in Texas. They employed maroon and mixed metal colors at the wedding to underscore their theme of fall and winter.

“Ironically enough, maroon was our high school color!” says Marlow, adding, "the general decor is very fall and winter-driven. It’s our favorite time of year so it felt perfect to blend the two together.”

Marlow predicted before the ceremony that neither she nor Font would be able to hold back tears.

“It’s been eight years of knowing this was our goal and the fact that it’s finally here is so exciting and very emotional," she says. "I’m most excited for walking down the aisle to my dream man."

The couple will honeymoon on the Exuma Islands in the Bahamas.

Maddie & Tae shot to stardom with the release of their debut single, "Girl in a Country Song," in 2014. Their current single is "Die From a Broken Heart." The duo recently released a new EP titled Everywhere I'm Goin'. They have spent much of the year on the road with Carrie Underwood on her 2019 Cry Pretty Tour 360.
