Kacey Musgraves is one of the early winners in the 2019 CMA Awards! The country and pop singer-songwriter took home one of the first-announced awards, Music Video of the Year, for her "Rainbow" video.

The CMA Award for Music Video of the Year goes to both the artist and the director. Musgraves shares the honor with director Hannah Lux Davis. It's just the latest accolade to come to Musgraves for her work on her acclaimed third studio album, Golden Hour.

Musgraves won over Dierks Bentley's "Burning Man" (featuring Brothers Osborne), Blake Shelton's "God's Country," Maren Morris' "Girl" and Eric Church's "Some of It" videos.

The first winners in the 2019 CMA Awards were announced early Wednesday morning (Nov. 13) at the Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville during a special episode of Good Morning America. Maddie & Tae were on hand with host Lara Spencer to read Musgraves' name along with Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus, who took home Musical Event of the Year for their collaboration on "Old Town Road."

The 2019 CMA Awards are set to take place on Wednesday night at the Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville, and they will air live on ABC at 8PM ET. Carrie Underwood returns to co-host in 2019, this time flanked by Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton.

Maren Morris and Brothers Osborne are among the artists with the most nominations in the 2019 CMA Awards. Morris has six, and Brothers Osborne have four. Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Musgraves, Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton and Carrie Underwood all scored three nominations apiece in the 2019 CMA Awards.
