
Mark Twain Memorial Bridge Opens to Traffic With Lane Reductions
After several weeks of being closed, the Missouri Department of Transportation has reopened the Mark Twain Memorial Bridge, though with lane reductions.

The bridge rehabilitation project that shut down the bridge in late May is nearing completion. Part of the bridge is now open, but traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction.

According to MoDOT, traffic will remain limited to one lane as crews finish clean-up work. The contractor has worked as quickly as possible to complete the repairs and get the bridge open again.
