I did some digging and found an article by the Springfield News-Leader that when all 10 spillway gates are opened, Table Rock Dam's waterflow is around 10,500 cubic feet of water per second.

The history of Table Rock Dam is interesting. As Trip Advisor mentions, it was constructed way back in 1958. It's 252 feet above Table Rock River and is over 6,400 feet in length. Thanks to its many positive reviews, it's considered one of the top 25 things to do in the Branson, Missouri area.

The spillways are opened on Table Rock Dam to release water after heavy rainfalls or runoffs from the winter. It's not common to see all 10 open at once like the person on the Missouri sub-Reddit did. What a cool video moment.
