This Missouri Place Really Has Thrown Rolls at Elvis and Jay Leno
It's not often you get to brag about throwing food at celebrities, but in this case it's a real compliment. There is a Missouri restaurant that can accurately say they've thrown rolls at both Elvis and Jay Leno.
If you've never been to Lambert's Cafe in the Ozarks, you're missing out. True Americana lives here as they claim they are "The Home of the Throwed Roll". Here's the partial list of the celebrities they say have visited their restaurant and had rolls thrown at them:

That's maybe 1/4 of the full list of celebrities that have had rolls thrown at them by this Missouri restaurant.
I can't recall the name, but there used to be a restaurant in Troy, Missouri that was also known for this. Apparently when you're born in Missouri, you have to prove you can throw a roll before you're granted citizenship. (It's just a theory) I personally wouldn't want it any other way.
